The Performance Collective works with teams, clubs, and athletic departments to enhance individual athletic performance and cultivate a positive fueling culture. Our evidence-based approach encompasses foundation fueling, competition day fueling, hydration strategies, and recovery—in a way that prioritizes the mental and physical health of each athlete.

Full course loads, rigorous training regimens, and the pressures of diet culture compromise students’ recovery and the entirety of their athletic careers. The Performance Collective aims to improve individual performance through an organizational transformation—one that believes that fuel, recovery, and injury prevention are as vital as the workout.

The fueling needs for adults are vastly different for those of a competitive, growing adolescent. We offer parent collaboratives to ensure fuel needs are being met at home, thereby preventing championship-season burnout.

We’re not here to alter your training regimen on the field, court, or track. Instead, we enhance what you’re already doing through proper fueling and recovery, preventing injuries amongst student athletes.

We engage with administrators, coaching staff, strength coaches, and sports medicine teams to define a common language around positive fueling. We follow 3-H culture: hugs, handshakes, and high-fives.
Enhance your education.
We conduct large-group collectives for both parents/caregivers and student-athletes to address foundational fueling strategies for athletes. We offer on-site office hours and virtual learning opportunities to support learning.

Your community extends far beyond coaches and athletes. We work directly with parents and booster clubs to determine competition day fueling recommendations and recovery fuel station design.
